Scott grew up in Northbrook, IL, a suburb about 40 minutes north of Chicago where his parents and brother still reside. Scott lives in the city of Chicago with his wife, Leslie, whom he married in August 2004. Leslie, Scott's best friend and high school sweet heart, provides more support than he could have ever imagined.  Scott and Leslie welcomed in their newest addition to the family, Cassie Margaret, in August of 2008.

Scott and Leslie are extremely close to their families and enjoy spending as much time as possible with their five nephews and two nieces. In Scott's free time, he loves playing golf and rooting on his favorite sports teams including the Cubs, Bulls, Bears and of course, the Hoosiers.
